Patient Participation Group
The Aims of the Patient Participation Group
What is the Patient Group?
This is a group of patients who meet, at least quarterly, to discuss what is happening in the practice; the services currently provided by us, services available in locality, the development of new services and any other topics they think relevant. We also discuss the results of the annual patient surveys and practice performance.
We want to ensure that the people who use our services are able to have their say. Your opinions matter to us, the people who use the service are the best people to tell us how we are doing and if any improvements need to be made.
How can I join the Group?
Any patient can join the group and we are particularly interested in representatives from teenagers, young mums and those who are less able bodied (e.g. blind/deaf/physical restriction etc). If you are interested, please contact the surgery and leave your details and we will get back to you.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link opposite to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
